-PSoC Creator をインストール
-Peripheral Driver Library (PDL) をインストール
-PSoC Creator の設定
--PSoC Creator のメニュー [Tools]-[Options...] を選択
--[Project Management]-[General] を選択
--「PDL v3(PSoC 6 devices) location:」にインストールした「PDL V3」を指定（既にされているのを確認）
